Dear Customer, due to the Coronavirus Covid-19 at this time we're only shipping products to customers who reside in the United States, there are no international sales at this time. Please note that you may receive a slight delay in shipping as well; however, most products are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with quality service and to make sure we can serve you in the best way possible during the global COVID-19 Pandemic.

If you receive a damaged product we require you return the item in its original packaging unopened/untampered and we will gladly mail you a replacement of the same item. If that item is discontinued or is currently not in stock, we will send you a similar replacement item of equal value. Simply email us a photo of the damaged/unusable item and will send you a pre-paid printable return label. You have 5 business days after your delivery to file a claim and return the item for exchange only. No refunds will be provided. 


We ship to United States residents only at this time due to worldwide shipping constraints due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our standard shipping is 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. We do not ship on nationally reserved holidays or weekends. Our designated shipping carriers are USPS and UPS.
